Human Resources Business Partner
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. This role provides guidance and support in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, training and development, compensation, and compliance. The HRBP collaborates with management to drive business results through effective people strategies and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development, performance improvement, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
- Support compensation and salary review processes, including market analysis and pay recommendations.
- Assist with performance management programs, goal setting, annual reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with learning and development teams to identify training needs and support employee development programs.
- Manage and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, acquisitions, and workforce transitions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee investigations and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Job Details:
- Contract to Hire
- 100% onsite
- Pay $30- $45 an hour, depending on experience
