Recruiting Manager

Iberia Express Inc is looking for a Recruiting Manager to support staffing across both operational and office roles. This contract position focuses on attracting, screening, and onboarding qualified talent, including CDL driver hiring, while tracking recruiting activity against weekly and monthly goals.

The Recruiting Manager will recruit CDL drivers and office/operational staff for all company openings. The role manages the end-to-end recruiting cycle, from first contact through onboarding, and contributes to recruiting strategy for current and future hiring needs.

• Recruit CDL drivers and office personnel for all company openings.
• Source candidates through phone outreach, Facebook, job boards, referrals, and lead generation platforms.
• Screen, interview, and qualify applicants.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with all candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, orientation, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and track hiring activity.
• Assist in developing recruiting strategies for current and future hiring needs.
• Support achievement of weekly and monthly hiring goals.

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in the trucking industry.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Clear English speaking and writing skills.
• Knowledge of the CDL driver qualification and onboarding process.
• Experience using recruiting platforms, social media, and lead generation tools.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Experience recruiting office or operational staff.
