• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3+ years of residential cleaning (required).
• Professionalism:
  Punctual, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Communication:
  Must be responsive via text/call and communicate clearly.
• Independence:
  Must be comfortable working on your own.
• Transportation & Equipment:
  • Reliable car
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Smartphone for communication and scheduling
  • Must provide your own cleaning equipment

• Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings.
• Deliver high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.
• Communicate professionally with clients (English required).
• Follow sanitation standards and maintain safe cleaning practices.
• Manage time effectively to complete time-based cleanings.

• Most cleaning jobs are performed solo, but larger jobs may require teamwork.
• Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Daily tasks and job information are managed through our scheduling app.
