We’re seeking an Enhancement Operations Manager to lead landscape enhancement and installation operations in McHenry. As the Enhancement Operations Manager, you’ll be fully responsible for the success of all enhancement and installation work at the McHenry branch, including the readiness and care of the fleet and equipment that supports production.

• Lead all landscape enhancement and installation operations
• Manage production crews, foremen, and supervisors across multiple active job sites
• Own job scheduling, sequencing, and execution using Aspire or similar software
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet production goals
• Oversee installs, extras, and one-off enhancement projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality standards, and profitability targets
• Track job progress, labor hours, and costs versus budget
• Oversee fleet and equipment usage, including trucks, trailers, skid steers, loaders, and installation equipment
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections with fleet partners and vendors
• Quickly resolve field challenges such as scope changes, site constraints, material delays, or equipment issues
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales teams to execute sold work efficiently
• Ensure accurate job documentation, ticketing, and project close-out

• An experienced operator with a strong background in landscape enhancements and installations
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with moving parts, crews, and equipment
• A hands-on leader who takes ownership of people, production, and assets
• Organized, decisive, and accountable for results
• Experienced with job costing, production tracking, and crew leadership
• Proficient with Aspire or comparable landscape management platforms
• Quality- and safety-driven with a strong sense of accountability
