Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 2nd shift 2:45pm – 11:15pm - Monday-Thursday
What's the Job?
- Complete maintenance assignments to build, repair, and maintain equipment in good operating condition efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot mechanical devices in operation, dismantle, examine, and replace defective parts.
- Set up and operate shop machinery such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, band saws, cutting torches, and welders.
- Install, repair, or modify hydraulic and pneumatic equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to improving equipment reliability and uptime through proactive maintenance practices.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and systems.
- Ability to operate shop machinery and use hand and pneumatic tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental guidelines relevant to manufacturing environments.
