Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 2nd shift 2:45pm - 11:15pm - Monday-Thursday

** What's the Job?*
* + Complete maintenance assignments to build, repair, and maintain equipment in good operating condition efficiently and accurately.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical devices in operation, dismantle, examine, and replace defective parts.

+ Set up and operate shop machinery such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, band saws, cutting torches, and welders.

+ Install, repair, or modify hydraulic and pneumatic equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.

+ Contribute to improving equipment reliability and uptime through proactive maintenance practices.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and systems.

+ Ability to operate shop machinery and use hand and pneumatic tools effectively.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

+ Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental guidelines relevant to manufacturing environments.
