Salary: $65,000-$85,000

Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5p

Compensation: This position is paid on a per-point basis; the salary range reflects an estimate.

Be a home health nurse providing patient care in the McHenry area. You will perform nursing visits, administer treatments, and maintain accurate medical records according to physician orders.

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of operation.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with ability to travel to all business locations.

• Provide nursing visits as prescribed by the physician.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care plans.
