Substitute School Nurse (RN)
Employer: McHenry Community Consolidated School District 15
Location: District Q
Salary: $29.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Administer nursing care for injury or illness to elementary school students.
- Maintain accurate student records and submit timely, accurate reports.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and the community.
- Interact regularly with the Department of Health and other healthcare providers/agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all student and school business records.
- May be required to travel to other schools within the district for emergency or other clinical situations.
- Valid nursing license in the State of Illinois.
- CPR and AED certification.
- First Aid Certification.
- Strong vision and hearing; vision and hearing certification preferred.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft and Excel.
