Parts Counterperson

Buss Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. This position supports our service department and retail customers by accurately identifying, ordering, and distributing parts and accessories.

• Assist technicians and customers with parts identification and sales
• Process parts orders, returns, and special orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records using dealership systems
• Ensure timely fulfillment of service department needs
  
  Maintain a clean and organized parts department

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred (Ford experience a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills, Dealer track experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance record and commitment to arriving on time every day
