General Merchandise Inventory Coordinator

This position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. This entry-level team member role will involve a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising.

• Build rapport with customers and display a friendly, outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Help customers with any questions they may have; if unable to answer, direct them to another team member.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Work across departments such as Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Process-driven and able to follow procedures efficiently.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.

The pay range for this entry-level position is $15.25–$16.98 per hour, with step increases based on hours worked.
