Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in commercial, municipal, and government sectors.
  • Drive sales efforts by identifying opportunities, presenting lighting solutions, and closing deals effectively.
  • Travel to client locations for site visits, project proposals, and follow-up meetings, showcasing our industry-leading lighting products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to deliver customized project proposals that meet client needs.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring seamless client communication and satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales training and manufacturer certifications to stay updated with the latest product advancements and industry standards.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Engage in promotional events, sales contests, and company outings to foster team spirit and celebrate success.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or sports venue projects.
  • A strong passion for sports, entertainment, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions convincingly.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proven track record in similar roles.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, site assessments, and industry events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for managing sales activities and reporting.

Work Schedule

Full-time position, with travel required for project meetings and client site visits. Flexibility to accommodate client needs and project deadlines.

Work Location
