Telemarketing Specialist

In this role, you will represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm while conducting outbound outreach to prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads. A dynamic personality and a strong drive to reach decision‑makers are essential!

• Conduct outbound calls to new and prospective clients to build a strong book of business.
• Acquire new customers through targeted prospecting in your assigned territory, lead campaigns, and referrals.
• Qualify prospects using value‑based methods, identify their needs, and uncover opportunities for upgrades or cross‑sell solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting via online research, marketing leads, territory lists, and additional resources provided to you.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare, update, and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to track progress.

• Experience with CRM entry and documentation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a willingness to think creatively.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive edge and strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities through personal or professional experiences.
• Ability to build and cultivate strong client relationships.

Must pass a drug test and background check.

$17–$19 per hour + commission
