DescriptionThis is a non‑exempt full‑time position located in McHenry, IL. The pay is $20 per hour ($41,600 annually) with bonus eligibility. A hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office (Mon, Tue & Thu) and 2 remote days (Wed & Fri).
About the Role- As a Sales Development Consultant, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that increase sales and market share.
- Success will be measured by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build strong client relationships.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Experience with CRM software.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and closing deals.
- Highly organized with ability to manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and execution of sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience in the technology industry.
