• Hunt for growth opportunities within key accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers.
• Grow revenue, margin, and customer share of wallet.
• Cross-sell transportation and logistics solutions.
• Keep a strong pipeline, follow up fast, and close opportunities.
• Partner with operations to solve issues and deliver dependable service.

• 3–5+ years in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, 3PL, or a related field preferred.
• Proven success growing accounts and building customer relationships.
• A true hunter mindset—confident, curious, competitive, and driven.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and create practical solutions.
