Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Our family-owned company in McHenry, IL is seeking a distribution associate to work the first shift, 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. • Replenishment of all warehouse areas following verbal and written procedures.
• May use various material handling equipment such as double riding pallet jack or turret, hand cart, scale, scanner, box cutter, or pallet wrapper.
• Understand how to interpret and identify warehouse locations and perform all forms of product movements.
• Apply process related data inputs.
• Provide accurate time application.
• Assist in execution of pending projects.
• Maintain effective lines of communication with supervisors.
• Train and enforce department instructions.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• A positive attitude, hardworking, and reliable are the traits/experience that is the most important to the team.
• Follow company rules and regulations, including health and safety practices.

• Forklift experience, preferred not required.
• Minimum one year distribution, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English at fifth grade level.
• May use various material handling equipment such as double riding pallet jack or turret, hand cart, scale, RF scanner, box cutter, and pallet wrapper.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, endure long periods of standing, with the ability to bend and stoop.
