Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs);
Perform core nursing assistant tasks: vitals, weights, I&O, specimen collection, blood glucose testing;
Perform BU-identified tasks such as phlebotomy, 12-lead EKG, bladder scan, catheter removal as required;
Report patient status changes and provide feedback to the RN;
Document care in the medical record and participate in unit activities (transporting patients, passing trays, responding to call lights)
