Custodial building maintenance

Riverview Chevroletis currently seeking a Custodial Building Maintenance to join our growing Service team!

The Custodial/Maintenance position helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by keeping the building clean and orderly and organizing the service department, sales departments, showroom floor and offices. Maintaining the cleanliness of the building and the service area builds on the customers experience when they come to our dealership for service to be performed or to purchase a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Maintain building appearance and perform cleaning interior and exterior of dealership, replenishing all paper products as needed, and reordering of necessary supplies to perform task through management team

Place buyer guides and stock literature throughout dealership to maintain full displays

Keep lots neat and orderly, as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards

Clean immediate high travel glass doors and windows of hand prints

Operate floor scrubbers in careful manner not to cause damage to walls or vehicle inventory

Perform other duties as assigned necessary to the function of the dealership

Qualifications

Able to work flexible schedules and occasional Saturday (no Sundays)

Positive attitude, "can-do" mentality, confident, outgoing smiling personality with eagerness to improve and a look for it and find it type of person

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer experience

Reliable transportation to and from work every single day and punctual arrival

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
