• Starting Rate:
  From $15.43/hr (commensurate with prior work history and education).
• Rapid Advancement:
  Successful completion of our 60-day foundational program puts you on the fast track to becoming a Top Rate Machinist, earning $26+/hr.
• Income Potential:
  Earn over $60,000 annually with consistent overtime opportunities.

  Candidates must be available and willing to work a rotating shift pattern. This schedule is vital for maintaining our global production demands and offers exposure to all facets of our manufacturing operations.

• Technical Blueprint Interpretation:
  Translating complex 2D schematics into precision-engineered parts.
• Precision Metrology:
  Utilizing dial calipers to achieve exact tolerances within 0.001'.
• Advanced Machine Operations:
  Safe and efficient operation of CNC lathes, mills, and grinding equipment.

• Foundational
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and a high capacity for troubleshooting.
• Professionalism:
  Excellent communication skills, reliable work habits, and a "safety-first" mindset.
• Preferred:
  Foundational skills in blueprint interpretation and caliper measurement are preferred; however, we offer comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
