UPMC McKeesport – Full-Time Staff Nurse (3M Med/Surg Unit)

UPMC McKeesport is seeking a Full-Time Staff Nurse to join our 3M Medical/Surgical Unit
, an inpatient team that prioritizes collaboration, teamwork, and high-quality patient care
.

This position includes three 12-hour shifts per week
, with rotating weekends and holidays
.

We welcome both experienced nurses and graduate nurses.

Position Summary

The Staff Nurse (RN or GN) is a key member of the care delivery team, responsible for setting and maintaining high standards of patient care.

This role includes accountability for clinical decision-making
, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Staff Nurse supports patients and families across the care continuum while developing leadership and professional practice skills.
