Retail Store Manager

We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The role involves overseeing daily operations, developing associates, and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth.
• Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Safeguard the company’s assets.
• Build strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnerships.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated from corporate headquarters.
• Provide necessary background information and comply with local licensing regulations for alcohol and tobacco sales; failure to comply can lead to demotion or separation of employment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members (required).
• Excellent communication skills (required).
• Retail management experience (preferred).
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height (required).
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting (required).
