Electrical Supervisor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 79,040.00 to $ 93,600.00 / annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 03:30pm)

Responsibilities:

• The daily responsibilities include managing electricians in a safe and efficient manner.

• The person should be able to lead electrical technicians in the repair of any equipment.

• This is a hands-on job where leading and working with the employees should be expected.

• The supervisor must be able to manage time well and plan for success.

• You will evaluate systems to determine when maintenance repairs need to be performed.

• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules, plan work assignments and project schedules.

• Monitoring plant operations to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently.

Electrical Supervisor

Qualifications:

• (2-3) years' experience in an Industrial / Electrical Maintenance management position required.

• API Pipe experience preferred but not required.

• You have the required technical skills to understand/interpret complex machinery and equipment.

• This is an hourly position with overtime, 2nd shift, and some weekend work required.

• Should be proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs., twist and turn, kneel, and stand for long periods of time, climb a ladder, and work overhead as required.
