** Program

Description:

** Auberle provides housing services and programming across the agency. Services include, but are not limited to, Rapid Re-Housing, Family Emergency Shelter, and other homeless services as needed and defined by Auberle, Allegheny County and the federal department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
** Position Title and Overview:
Supervisor - FES
*** Ensure the families housing goals are met through HUD and the COC and housing first model
* Actively engage with frontline staff and provide supervision, feedback, and other performance improvement steps as needed to ensure individual and team goals are met.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily data reporting, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required and as program needs dictate per Auberle.
* Schedule staff shifts for the site and review timesheets and expense debit log
* Maintain a flexible schedule to meet families and program needs, meetings and trainings and administrative oversight requirements.
* Monitor program staffing needs and participate in hiring and orientation of new staff, corrective action, and termination as necessary.
* Responsible for the overall supervision and completing areas of the site including cleanliness, safety issues, maintenance, and regulation compliance, including fire drill logs and other compliance checks
* Serve on the supervisor  on-call  rotation as scheduled, providing troubleshooting and advice to staff and ensuring adequate staffing at all sites, covering shelter as needed
* Monitor and coordinate food purchase schedule for the site
* Ensure state and county regulations are met through regular client file review, as well as maintain additional standards of excellence as established by FES/Auberle
** Location and Travel Requirements:
** This position is primarily located in McKeesport. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled..## Qualifications
** Position Requirements:
*** Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances
* Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call and coverage for on-call shifts as needed.
* Associatess degree in social work, human services or related field; or three to five years of experience working in social services with at least one year of supervisory experience.
* Experience with HUD, Homeless Advisory Board and HMIS strongly preferred.
* Experience working with displaced, underserved, and vulnerable populations and must follow housing first and trauma informed principles.
* Completion of SFW//LSFW certification preferred or required within first year.
