We are seeking a dedicated Project Accountant for a full‑time, on‑site role based in McKinney, TX. The Project Accountant will handle project‑related financial tasks, including managing budgets, tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, this role will involve close coordination with project managers and stakeholders to monitor financial performance, analyze costs, and provide recommendations for financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
• Experience in conducting budget analysis
• Strong knowledge of project‑based financial management and cost tracking
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience in the construction industry or project accounting required
• Knowledge of compliance standards and best financial practices
