Next Step Recruiting seeks a Payroll Tax & GL Reconciliation Specialist in McKinney, TX, primarily onsite with limited remote flexibility. You will support high-volume, multi-state payroll processing, tax administration, and payroll-related accounting for about 1,000 employees.
Ideal candidates have hands-on Paylocity experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of GL reconciliations. Manufacturing or project-based environments and CPP certification are a plus.
