Job Description
Salary: $25-32/hr or salaried, DOE

This role requires administrative experience in a medical or dental setting with direct reports.

Responsibilities- Oversee and participate in scheduling, billing, front office staff & others to ensure company profitability.
- Assist families and therapists with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
- Maintain company standards by enforcing attendance policies.
- Support office staff through training and ongoing communication.
- Lead weekly meetings with administrative staff.
- Handle incoming faxes and communication from other offices and payor sources.
- Communicate with care to all families; treating them with kindness & compassion.
- Communicate well with other departments to gather information inside and outside of Summit Therapy.
- Collaborate with other team members, including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Administrative Staff.
- Prepare for and conduct orientation of new staff with Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director.
- Create policies and procedures and ensure they are enforced throughout the administrative staff.
- Utilize many established websites, software systems and portals to obtain information to perform job duties.
- Attend trainings and meetings set by the Clinical Director, Supervisor, or Company Owner.
- Assume other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure families are greeted at the front window and phones are answered with care.
- Ensure the clinics are neat and tidy, and in good repair. Communicate facility repairs or needs to CEO/Owner.
- Ensure profitability by managing therapy schedules.
