The Clinic Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting our team and Clinic Management, tasked with assisting with administrative actions related to scheduling, operational resources, EMR, and communications support. This full-time role will provide direct ABA treatment as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in session on a hybrid basis (25-75%), in balance with administrative support functions

- Provides administrative support to Management and Technicians
- Supports daily procedures (Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) and occasional Saturday morning sessions
- Assists with the daily schedule to ensure sufficient coverage and efficient operations
- Performs administrative tasks including communications, invoices, reports, etc.
- Updates records in EMR including patient information and timesheets
- Supports treatment sessions as necessary
- Performs office management tasks including maintaining records, and ordering supplies
- Organizes and distributes supplies, materials, and equipment; maintains cleanliness of the clinic
- Provides support to Clinic personnel during break coverages and transition periods
- Contributes to a motivating therapy environment
- Direct one-on-one naturalistic play-based therapy in-clinic
- Implements specified programs/procedures
- Communicates regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor
- Continuously develops your own job knowledge and advances your career
- Availability during standard operating hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and occasional Saturday from 9:00am - 1:00pm
- Education: High school graduate or GED with administrative support experience
- Availability: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + occasional Saturday sessions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain
- Extremely proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn
