Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Scheduling and Planning: Develops and tracks preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, machines, and facilities.
- Documentation and Records: Maintains detailed maintenance logs, work orders, and historical records of repairs.
- Inventory Control: Manages inventory of supplies, orders parts, and tracks inventory levels.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Uses software to track maintenance data, analyze repair history, and report on maintenance needs.
- Coordination: Liaises with technicians, contractors, and other departments to ensure timely repairs.
- Administrative Support: Assists the maintenance director or manager with scheduling, timekeeping, and processing invoices
- Organizational
Skills:
High attention to detail for managing schedules and records. - 3 years of administrative.. Add Excel, micro 360, gps, telematics
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Excel/Word) and maintenance-specific databases - Software Proficiency: Experience with computer software for maintenance management and documentation.
- Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written skills for reporting and coordinating tasks. - Organizational
Skills:
High attention to detail is required to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and complex inventory lists. - Education: requires a high school diploma, with a few years of experience in maintenance or facility services preferred.
- Licensing
:
Must hold a current, valid Class C driver’s license.
