Law Firm Scheduler

Works in a high-level, fast-paced, and rapidly growing plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, providing superb executive support to the Administrative and Legal divisions of the firm. Must be able to answer heavy call volumes, process intake information, schedule appointments for 15+ Attorneys/Paralegals, and provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients. This position has a heavy emphasis on multitasking several different tasks at one time, with exemplary attention to detail.

Also required is a very strong work ethic and desire to work well in a group setting.
