Automotive Service Advisor
We are a national ranked dealer alternative automotive repair company with 10 locations in DFW, serving Lewisville, Argyle, Cross Roads/Aubrey, McKinney, Frisco, Castle Hills, Allen, N. Fort Worth/Keller, and Southlake.
Job OverviewThis is a full‑time career position that includes writing, advising, selling service, and assisting in dispatching and tracking technicians.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly customer service and effective communication.
- Increase shop productivity and sales.
- Advise customers on maintenance and repairs.
- Track and dispatch technicians.
- Document service orders and prepare billing.
- 5 years of experience in an independent auto repair shop (preferred).
- Good communication skills and automotive knowledge.

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
