Account Manager

Bedrock Landscaping is a rapidly growing commercial landscaping company seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Maintenance Division. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships that support client satisfaction, retention, and consistently high-quality results. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property managers, facility teams, and owners
• Proactively address and resolve client concerns and service-related issues
• Conduct regular site visits and property inspections to ensure service quality
• Identify opportunities for property improvements and prepare enhancement recommendations and estimates
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure scope of work, quality standards, and timelines are met
• Manage client contracts, renewals, and related documentation

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial landscape maintenance or related field
• Proven experience managing client accounts and relationships
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, irrigation, turf, and plant care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with commercial property management clients
• Ability to read site plans and scopes of work
• Basic estimating or sales experience in landscaping
• Landscape related certifications or licenses
