We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Contracts supporting the Ku‑band Radio Frequency Sensor (KuRFS) and Coyote® family of effectors within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This position focuses on Contract Execution, Contract Closeout and key pursuits with our U.S. Government customers. This portfolio is a growth engine for Raytheon’s LADS SBU.

This position offers you a broad opportunity to engage in contract activities for the entire lifecycle (development, production and sustainment) of the products. We are looking for a Contracts professional that is passionate about relationships and collaboration. The successful candidate should have strong prior U.S. Government Contracting experience and be capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Do
  • Be the Contracts lead for the development of proposals, negotiations, contractual agreements, contract execution, and day‑to‑day administration
  • Provide sound contract management to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives and comply with company policies
  • Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract scope
  • Develop and enhance positive customer relationships for working contractual matters to resolution
  • Effectively communicate with senior leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization
  • Leverage excellent relationships with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive closure on complex contractual issues and achieve business results
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    Contracts Administration, Program/Project Management, Supply Chain Management/Administration, Procurement/Acquisitions, or Finance
  • Experience with U.S. Government contracts
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Ability to partner with others, work in a team environment, and defer to management as appropriate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in an environment with established company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective and sustaining relationships with customers
  • Experience in a position requiring multi‑tasking and handling several assignments concurrently or similar project management or coordination

Salary range for this role: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
