Mission Run the firm’s project and execution engine by coordinating people, timelines, technology, and leadership priorities so strategic initiatives move from planning to reality and the COO is free to focus on growth, leadership, and performance.

- College coursework, Associate’s degree, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, executive support, or business administration.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities without losing control.
- Proficiency with productivity tools, project trackers, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable working with leadership and across departments.
