Whatyou will be doing at ABC
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics (document management, tracking people and things, internal and external communication with referral sources).
- Provide support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
- Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help others understand our services and how we can help families.
- Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership.
- Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) and serve as a cultural role model.
- A positive and contagious attitude that shows readiness to engage with families.
- Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas. A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.

As a CAA, you will continue learning and growing. Direct paths for advancement include Senior CAA, Assistant Operations Manager, and Clinic Operations Manager. Other corporate openings are also available.
