• Oversee daily operations to ensure that the company runs smoothly and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Herbalgoodness, ensuring that all departments are working towards common goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that the company remains financially healthy.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Engage with stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to build strong relationships that support the company's operational goals.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of quality in all operational processes.
• Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, including software for project management and data analysis.
• Drive initiatives aimed at sustainability and corporate social responsibility, aligning operations with Herbalgoodness' commitment to environmental stewardship.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a strong understanding of operational metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Familiarity with the health and wellness sector, particularly in herbal products or natural supplements.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the health industry.
• Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and innovative thinking.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

• This position is based in McKinney, Texas, and may require occasional travel for meetings or conferences.
