Special Events Coordinator

• Lead and assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide an outstanding customer service and membership experience — we treat our families like family here
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at every event
• Communicate confidently with parents and represent The Little Gym brand professionally
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training

• Must have consistent weekday morning/afternoon and weekend availability year-round
• Required attendance at weekly team meeting every Wednesday from 3:45pm–5:00pm
• Must be able to commit long-term (not seasonal or short-term employment)
• Reliable transportation required

• You love having fun, giving high-fives, and can play like a kid (a background in child development, education, coaching, or fitness is a big plus!)
• You live to serve — making others feel good makes you feel good
• Kids really like you… and their parents really like you too
• You bring positive energy but also know when to be structured and professional
• You are dependable, communicative, and comfortable leading groups independently

• Guests leave our parties wanting to enroll at The Little Gym
• You’ll hit your step goal every shift — this is not a desk job!
• Athleisure is the dress code (yoga pants, T-shirts, bare feet)
• Parents love to tip when you rock a party
• We train you like a professional coach — because to our families, you are one
