• Minimum 10 years of electrical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of solar installation experience, especially in utility scale solar.
• Minimum 2 years in construction management

• Manage daily solar site operations including all construction activities, site access, subcontractors, deliveries, staging and site safety
• Identify electrical, environmental and safety hazards associated with PV installations and make sure company policy is followed on all work tasks
• Assemble work crews according to each person’s skill set and training
• Assign quotas for daily progress and hold crews accountable for results
• Oversee site access and make sure all personnel on the site are properly authorized
• Oversee deliveries and inspection of materials. Handle RMA process for all materials not passing inspection
• Assist the project manager in preparation daily progress reports and uploading of job progress photos to the company file server.
• Oversee equipment on site to make sure equipment logs are filled out and all equipment stays in good working order.
• Make sure plans and specs are readily accessible in the job trailer
• Be amenable to pitching in with other jobs, as prioritized by management.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures on all tasks. Enforce company safety policy for all individuals on site.

• Journeyman electrician license (or ability to obtain)
• OSHA 30 certified
• NFPA 70E Arc Flash certified

• Be amenable to pitching in with other jobs, as prioritized by management. We all pitch in and no task is beneath our license, certification or skill level.

• Accurate and thorough, with attention to detail.
• Order parts, materials and equipment needed for the job.
• Attend (or dial into) weekly construction meetings and job specific status meetings
• Complete JHAs, LOTO forms, Employee Sign in Sheets, Toolbox Talks, Weekly Safety reports and others.

• Must be willing to travel nearly 100% of the time.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driving license.
• Insurable with good driving record.
• Must own/purchase basic tools – other company tools will be provided.

• Work long hours to complete tasks and reach goals when necessary.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and environments.
• Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
