Pp Superintendent

• Must be able to fulfill all duties and responsibilities of the Operators
• Trains new operators and laborers such that they are fully operational within one week
• Visits all job sites, observing employees while on the job such that each employee is observed at least once a week
• Provides leadership guidance to employees
• Attends all scheduled meetings
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times
• Follows all OSHA, MSHA, DOT and other safety guidelines
• Provides excellent customer service, for both internal and external customers

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
• Minimum of five years experience as a Superintendent
• Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
• Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
