Essential Job Accountabilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment to excavate, move, load and grade earth, rock, gravel, and other materials
• Perform various activities including but not limited to: road building, fine grading, finishing, sloping, banking, back filling, demolition, ditching, loading, excavating, stockpiling, road surface maintenance, building and maintaining road berms, loading trucks, and trenching
• Operate equipment proficiently and safely
• Ensure operation of equipment is within capabilities and limitations
• Perform required safety inspections and complete documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Perform other duties as required

Work Experience

• Must have construction experience / heavy construction preferred
• Minimum of 5 year experience required
• Batch Plant experience preferred
