Job Description- Manage all aspects of mixed commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to client specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and promptly address any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources to meet project requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.
