What You Will Do- Support program capture efforts by leading the Material Estimating organization to produce compliant material pricing submittals and develop Basis of Estimates (BOE) for OSC support labor.
- Create, manage, and execute a Material Program Strategy and Plan to enable program competitiveness and performance.
- Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for Gates 0‑11 activities.
- Monitor and proactively address performance and financial metrics, including cost, schedule, quality, and EVMS.
- Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives.
- Support the development and tracking of budgets, targets, working capital, sales forecasts (short‑range outlooks, material EACs), and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
- Own the supplier management process, including performance, OSCM metrics, international issues, Make/Buy strategy, and strategic agreements.
- Coordinate strategies and manage tactical execution.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
- Experience in finance, cost estimating, and/or supporting/leading proposal efforts.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Experience collaborating with subcontracts to develop Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs) and Task Descriptions.
- Experience managing technical requirements to a schedule and budget.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with U.S. Government acquisition laws & regulations (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR).
- Salary range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD, a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
