Oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites

Supervise and lead crews, ensuring productivity and accountability

Coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies

Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; proactively address issues

Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications

Train and develop crew members and foremen

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in landscape construction, civil, or related field

Proven leadership experience managing field teams

Strong knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, grading, and/or construction practices

Ability to read plans, specifications, and project schedules

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
