Job Summary

Our client is hiring a Construction Project Manager who excels at high-volume, rapid-turnaround project execution. This role is built for a strong PM who can keep a large number of moving pieces organized, make decisions quickly, and take full ownership of project outcomes.

Rather than managing a few large, highly complex builds, this person may oversee 15-20 smaller, fast-moving projects at one time. The challenge comes from volume, pace, and constantly shifting priorities. Success requires exceptional organization, urgency, follow-through, and the ability to stay ahead of schedules, customer needs, subcontractors, budgets, and closeout requirements without letting details fall through the cracks.

This is not a junior PM role. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, decisive, responsive, and accountable, with solid construction experience and the financial and operational discipline to manage many active projects
simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of active construction projects simultaneously, potentially 15-20 at a time, from planning and kickoff through execution and closeout
  • Prioritize and reprioritize work quickly as schedules, customer needs, subcontractors, and project requirements change
  • Own project financial performance across multiple jobs, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, cost-to-complete accuracy, billing, and profitability; protect project margin and identify financial issues
early enough to take corrective action before profitability is impacted
  • Develop, maintain, and actively manage multiple project schedules and deadlines
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, internal teams, and customer-site activities acrossconcurrent projects
  • Serve as a primary client contact and provide timely, proactive communication regarding project status, changes, risks, and next steps
  • Anticipate issues before they become problems and follow up without being asked
  • Manage change orders, documentation, billing items, punch lists, and closeouts across multiple projects at
    the same time
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation in Procore, including contracts, budgets,
    schedules, reports, and project records
  • Use consistent systems, processes, checklists, and project management tools to create visibility, drive
follow-through, and ensure deadlines, commitments, and financial details do not fall through the cracks
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract specifications, and project requirements
  • Take personal ownership of project outcomes and follow commitments through to completion
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of construction project management experience, with demonstrated responsibility for multiple concurrent projects
  • Industrial or commercial construction experience; experience in Bohden's target industries is important
  • Demonstrated success managing a high volume of concurrent projects, ideally 15-20 active jobs at a time;
candidates whose experience is primarily limited to one or two large projects may not be a fit
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects, priorities, deadlines, and details without losing track ofcommitments
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, forecasting, billing, and project profitability with demonstratedfinancial ownership
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional project teams
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through
  • Strong client communication skills and the ability to respond quickly and proactively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Procore
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and remain effective through frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, cleanroom, GMP, semiconductor, food manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments
  • Exposure to commissioning, validation, HVAC, clean utilities, filtration,…
