Club Corp - - - Responsibilities:
Greet and seat members and guests while delivering high-quality service.;
Keep the host area organized and close out the podium at the end of each shift.;
Assist service staff and uphold the Invited standards of service (3-steps of service).;
Notify management of complaints and perform service recovery; handle last-minute requests professionally.;
Attend daily briefings and participate in required activities; maintain professionalism and safety practices.
