• Respond to customer questions across chat, text, phone, and video.
• Troubleshoot issues related to billing, account changes, integrations, and platform functionality.
• Help customers upgrade, downgrade, or adjust their setup based on their needs.
• Work through EHR connectivity and configuration issues with customers.
• Keep multiple conversations moving at once without dropping the ball.
• Document issues clearly so nothing gets lost between teams.
• Partner with internal teams (launch, product, engineering) when issues need escalation.
• Make sure customers feel heard, supported, and confident using the platform.

• You’re calm under pressure and good at juggling multiple things at once.
• You communicate clearly and don’t talk like a robot.
• You can explain technical or confusing things in plain English.
• You’re detail-oriented but not slow.
• You actually care whether a customer leaves the conversation feeling helped.
• Experience in customer support, SaaS, healthcare tech, or EHRs is a big plus.
• SEO or web optimization experience is a nice bonus, but not required.
