Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
Job Overview
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for all Cirrus customers, potential customers and guests during all visits to the Vision Center campus. The Guest Ambassador enhances customer relationships by driving the Service Essentials to create personal experiences and a world class environment.
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 a – 4:30 p (and occasionally overtime/ weekends).
Duties and Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers and visitors to the Cirrus campus.
- Engage with customers and visitors, anticipating their needs.
- Receive and process all fuel orders and billing.
- Drive customers to various buildings on Cirrus campus.
- Provide coverage to other Guest Ambassador locations as needed.
- Data entry work, transferring information from Alfa to Sales Force.
- Maintain the Patriot Act sign‑in log for all Cirrus visitors.
- Maintain common spaces (organization, stocking, cleaning, and similar tasks).
- Energize the Cirrus Service Essentials.
- Perform light administrative work.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
- Strive to improve service performance.
- Additional duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required). Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Hospitality preferred.
- 1–3 years customer service in hospitality (required).
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
