Responsibilities
A Subaru Love Encore Specialist is a one-on-one expert, also known as a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, who provides a follow-up appointment to help customers with their new purchase. Their role is to answer customer questions, explain and customize the customer's vehicle's features and technology, such as SUBARU STARLINK system, and ensure the customer feels confident using their vehicle's advanced systems.
Qualifications- Ability to explain and customize vehicle features and technology
- Knowledge of SUBARU STARLINK system
