• Be the first point of contact for clients, offering warm greetings and attentive service.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and general account management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or products that could benefit clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and process transactions with precision.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client journey from start to finish.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping others and solving problems.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
