Bilingual Customer Service Support Representative (Spanish/English)
3+ month contract
McKinney, TX (Onsite)
Position SummaryWe’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative to help manage high call volume by serving as the front-line contact for employees and field managers. You will answer phone calls, respond to emails, and log/route tickets related to access/log‑in issues and other common requests. Initially, the focus is on intake, documentation, and proper ticket creation/escalation; over time, you’ll build knowledge to resolve more requests on the first contact.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Handle high‑volume inbound support via phone, email, and ticketing queue.
- Assist with common issues such as:
- Can’t log in / password resets
- Account access issues / lockouts
- Missing or not‑received computers/equipment (intake, status checks, routing)
- Travel information requests and general guidance (capture details and route as needed)
- Gather required details (who/what/when/where), document clearly, and create accurate tickets for Tier 2 / HR / IT teams to follow up.
- Provide empathetic, patient customer service to callers who may be frustrated or time‑constrained.
- Maintain professional written communication in both languages (as needed) and ensure timely updates/next steps.
- Follow processes, protect confidential information, and support basic administrative needs related to the support workflow.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (professional speaking/reading/writing preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, help desk intake, banking/retail service, admin support, or high‑volume phone support
- Strong verbal + written communication, active listening, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working on‑site, 5 days/week, and in a structured queue/ticket environment
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday), ticketing tools, or service queues
- Familiarity with HR/IT terminology (password resets, account access, onboarding‑related questions)
