Job Title
Patient Services Representative
Work Hours7:50am to 5pm
Position OverviewI have 10 PSR’s ladies who check in patients or accept calls. The two temps will be answering the phones.
Responsibilities- Clean the lobby (rotation is between the entire team)
- Quick to learn EMR (eClinical)
- Excellent Customer Service
- At least 2 years solid customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Presents well in appearance
No
Dress CodeBusiness Casual (no sandals, no t shirts). Slacks and shirt/blouse. No overpowering perfumes. Short nails (this is very important).
