We are seeking an energetic, organized, legally eligible to work and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the face of Velocity Badminton, you will be responsible for welcoming members, managing court reservations, processing payments, checking in guests, and ensuring the facility runs smoothly.   Experience:
  
  Greet members and guests with an enthusiastic attitude, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries.
• Booking & System Management: Utilize our facility management software (Court Reserve) to check in players, manage court bookings, and register participants for programs/tournaments.
• Transactions: Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and daily transactions accurately.
• Facility Care: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and lobby area; assist with light opening/closing duties.

  Communicate effectively with coaching staff, management, and business partners to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred (experience at a sports complex or fitness club is a major plus).
• Strong computer literacy; experience with court/gym management software (like Court Reserve) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
• A general interest in sports or badminton is a plus, but not required.
